Life can get loud. Social media, pressure to succeed, fear of missing out, or just trying to “keep up” with everything and everyone. I used to let it overwhelm me until I started choosing something different.
I started choosing peace. And that peace came from drawing closer to God.
🕊️ Faith Has Become My Safe Space
These days, I don’t have everything figured out. But spending quiet time with God even just 10 minutes a day has been changing me. I’m learning to:
- Surrender what I can’t control
- Trust God’s timing (even when I don’t understand)
- Believe I am already loved, already enough
Sometimes, I don’t feel “spiritual enough.” But I remind myself that God wants my heart, not perfection.
🌿 My Soft Faith Practices
Here are a few simple ways I connect with God through the day:
- Morning prayer before touching my phone
- Playing worship music while I get ready
- Reading one Bible verse that sticks with me
- Whispering “Thank You, Lord” throughout the day
- Journaling my honest thoughts to God at night
These are small things but they bring a deep kind of glow that no skincare routine can offer.
📖 My Favorite Verse This Season
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” – Isaiah 26:3
This verse is my reminder that I don’t have to live in anxiety. When I keep my focus on God, He keeps me grounded.
💭 You Don’t Have to Have It All Together
If you’re in a season where you feel lost or disconnected spiritually, know this: you’re not alone. Faith is a journey. And God is still near, even in the silence.
Take baby steps. Start small. Let His word comfort you. You don’t need a fancy devotional or a perfect prayer life to start growing again.
Conclusion:
True glow isn’t just in how you look, it’s in who you’re becoming. As I grow in faith, I’m learning that beauty, peace, and confidence all flow from within. And that’s the kind of glow I want to carry with me daily.
